Request Account Deletion

You can use this form to prepare an email requesting permanent deletion of your account and data.

You can also delete your account in the app: Profile → Delete My Account. This page provides an alternative if you cannot access the app.

How to delete your account

In the app, go to Profile → Delete My Account. If you cannot access the app, email fitjetonapp@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Premium subscription. Cancel it through the store where you purchased it: Google Play → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions on Android, or Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on iOS.
